Fulfillment

Many of our items are print on demand. Orders are shipped from our fulfillment centers in Los Angeles California or North Carolina.

Fulfillment Processing Time: 4-7 business days.

Items that are stocked will ship within 2-3 business days.

Shipping

Wrong Address:

Unfortunately, after an order is placed, the shipping address cannot be changed. If you've entered an incorrect address, please contact us and we will do our BEST to see if it can be adjusted. Even if you reach out immediately after placing the order, there is no guarantee that it can be changed, BUT we will try!! Please be sure to double check your shipping address. We are not responsible for wrong address used during checkout. Please get in touch with us immediately at  support@minutemenapparel.com 

Unfortunately, when your item is shipped, we cannot reroute the package. 

Returns

We happily accept returns on items that are unused and unwashed. Please contact us at help@minutemenapparel.com before you wish to return or exchange your items for further instructions. You may recycle your original packaging if possible for the return shipment.

Customer is responsible for return and exchange shipping fees. We recommend using your local USPS branch.

Damaged Items:

The last thing we want is for you to be stuck with a damaged item. If it arrives to you damaged, then please get in touch with us immediately!

Wrong size:

If you have ordered the wrong size and wish to update your order, you must contact us immediately. We use a third party print on demand company to fulfill our apparel orders and cannot guarantee that if you have ordered the wrong size, that we would be able to update your order. If the fulfillment service has started your order, you will need to wait for your order to arrive and ship the item you wish to exchange for the correct size. Customers are responsible for return shipping. Please contact us before returning the item for shipping instructions.

If you've received the wrong size, please send us a picture of the sizing label on the item received. Though rare, it's possible that the garment was mislabeled. Let us know and we'll get you sorted out.

If you are unhappy with the fitment, please let us know if you would like to exchange for a different size.
